Work Health Safety Act 2011 Information SessionTraining Course for Direct Service Staff & Manager & Volunteer StaffThe New work Health Safety Act 2011 (WHS Act 2011) goes into effect on 1st January 2012. This new legislation will take into account modern work practices which focus on everyone being responsible for workplace safety under the law (including volunteers). Regulations and Code of Conduct have been drafted which will give you more specific guidance on how to meet the new obligations. We will also include information about volunteers in your service adn everyone is encouraged to attend.
